Inspired by the past...
The original building was designed by David D. Burnie and built in 1894. Wherever possible, the new development retains the original features, including:
- decorative stonework and window surrounds
- beautiful cast-iron columns
- magnificent oak entrance doors
As intended by the original craftsmen, traditional hand-made leaded glass windows with coloured borders will enhance the exterior.
Designed for the future...
Behind the beautiful exterior glass, a bespoke stainless-steel inner frame holds a double-glazed unit, allowing the entire building to be insulated to the highest of modern standards.
All apartments benefit from allocated parking spaces and communal gardens. A video entry system gives complete security and peace of mind.
The generous accommodation means you will have all the space you need, with 3 metre ceiling heights.
Property Management
Merkland Homes have appointed a management company who are responsible for maintaining all the communal areas of the development.
Internal specification
Internally, the apartments boast the highest of specifications, including:
- full underfloor heating
- pre-finished oak internal doors with matching door sets, skirting and architraves
