How to get there

From the M74, exit at junction 15.

Follow the A701 road one mile into Moffat. On entering the town square, turn sharp right at the town centre parking zone, on to the A708 Selkirk Road.

Proceed 400 yards and turn right at Ladyknowe within sight of Birnock Bridge. Follow on 100 yards where you will find the Birnock Water apartments on the left.
